Instructions for Authors

Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall in the Clayton Hall Conference Center. The poster boards will be 8 ft. (2.4m) wide by 4 ft. (1.2m) tall. Your poster will be exhibited during the entire meeting to facilitate exchanges between presenters and participants. You are required to attend your poster during the combined Poster Session/Social Mixer on Wednesday September 9, 2009 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM.

For optimal exposure, posters should be on display beginning at 8:00 AM on September 9. Your presence, and/or that of a coauthor, during the scheduled Poster Session/Social Mixer is particularly important because this is when conference participants will plan to meet you to discuss your work. Posters should be removed at the end of the meeting on September 10.

Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be available during the Poster Session/Social Mixer.

Presentation Suggestions
Try to avoid excessive written material and small print. Use simple illustrations and list major results and conclusions in print large enough to be read from a distance of at least 3 feet (1 m). Include a short bibliography of relevant publications.
